Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix everything for the marinade and spread the ribs with it at the top and bottom. Have something left for afterwards. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or a whole night if you can.

Finely chop everything for the lettuce and mix under each other.

Preheat the oven to 150 °. Place the ribs on a baking sheet with baking paper and cover with aluminum foil. Put them in the oven for 50 minutes, remove them and spread the rest of the marinade on top.

Cut the potato with peel into thick slices of about 2 cm and then in thick wedges, put them in a bowl and mix the oil and herbs, lay open on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

After 50 minutes your temperature will increase to 190 degrees. And add the wedges and spread the ribs again for about 20 minutes. Until both the ribs are nicely baked and the wedges are colored and crispy.
