Quinoa salad:
150 g cooked quinoa
1el ginger grated
Pezo
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and sea salt
2 finely sliced ​​spring onion
250 g warm vegetable or chicken broth

400G Salmon fillet, pepper, salt

4 vegetable skewers NGL the season:
zucchini, asparagus, string beans, broccoli, green bell pepper, romanesco

For the vinaigrette:
1 tbsp fine grated lemongrass
juice of 1 lime
100 ml olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the olive oil, ginger, spring onion and quinoa in the baking element Mix under each other and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °.

Cut all the vegetables into equal pieces and pierce them on the skewers, brush lightly with olive oil.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place on the quinoa, divide the skewers around it.

Bake everything together for 10 minutes at 190 °.

Meanwhile, mix everything for the vinaigrette.

Dress on a scale and serve together.
