What do you need?
Quinoa salad:
150 g cooked quinoa
1el ginger grated
Pezo
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and sea salt
2 finely sliced spring onion
250 g warm vegetable or chicken broth
400G Salmon fillet, pepper, salt
4 vegetable skewers NGL the season:
zucchini, asparagus, string beans, broccoli, green bell pepper, romanesco
For the vinaigrette:
1 tbsp fine grated lemongrass
juice of 1 lime
100 ml olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
