8 Tortilla

Tuna filling:
2 tbsp sour cream
Pezo
2 cans tuna in olive oil, leaked (net weight 240 gr./blik)
2 branches celery in fine cubes

Salsa:
1 large tomato in small cubes
1 avocado, cut into small pieces
1 Bot Coriander
1 yellow and green pepper, cut into fine cubes
Sixthe of 1 lime

250 g ground cheddar

Salad:
8 small cucumbers, cut in 6
3 thick carrots, coarse grated
3 tbsp peanut oil
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Filling: Add salt and pepper to the sour cream together with the leaked tuna.

Add the finely chopped celery and mix.

Salsa: Add the avocado cubes to the tomato, add finely chopped coriander, pepper and salt. Mix the paprika bugs under it together with the lime zest.

Cover one half of the tortillas with the tuna filling, salsa and cheddar. Pleat and bake between the grill or croquemachine, a 2 to 3 minutes.
