4 quesadillas
250 g red beans from canned
1 big onion
4 toes look
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato concentré
250 g of chicken chopped
200 g ground cheddar cheese
½ bone parsley
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 kl cayenne pepper

Finish
Imposed jalapeno discs
Hot sauce
4 finely chopped spring onions

250 g red beans from canned

4 finely chopped spring onions

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Stew the finely chopped look and onion in the oil, add minced meat, crush fine and grainy, color beautifully. Season with bell pepper, salt and cayenne powder, stir in the rinsed beans and finely chopped parsley, taste and season.

Open 4 tortillas, divide half of the cheese on top, on it you divide the minced meat, nicely even to edges and on it the rest of cheese and possibly also the Jalapenos, place the other tortillas on it.

Bake the 4 stuffed quesadillas 1 per 1 in a frying pan for 2 minutes, turn them over with the help of plate or other pan and fry 2 minutes further or until the cheese is nicely melted. Place on board and cut into 6 pieces. Serve immediately with some extra hot sauce and finely chopped spring onion.
