Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Cut the chicken thigh meat into strips and marinate it for at least 4 hours, preferably a night for an even better taste and softer texture.

Drain the marinated chicken and catch the juice.

Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the chicken until golden brown (about 10 minutes). Then add the collected juice and let it reduce and caramelize.

Cut the avocado and mango into slices, the bell pepper into fine strips.

Cook the edamame beans al dente and rinse with cold water.

Prepare the basmati rice according to the instructions on the package. Add sushi vinegar and salt, mix and divide over 4 bowls. Place the baked chicken on top and garnish with slices of mango, avocado, edamame and finally the imposed ginger.

Serve with ponzu or soy sauce. To eat, mix everything under each other and enjoy!
