125 g blonde raisins
300 g oatmeal
2 eggs
150 g full place cheese
1 tablespoon of gingerbread spices
1 ripe banana
8 fresh plums
handful of pumpkin seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Soak the raisins in water for 30 minutes and then drain.

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Mix the oatmeal into flour in a food processor.

Add the raisins, eggs and cottage cheese.

Add the speculaas spices.

Cut the banana into pieces, add and mix everything together.

Line a rectangular cake tin with baking paper.

Pour the batter into the mold.

Wash the plums, cut them into pieces and place them on the batter.

Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over it and press down a bit.

Place the speculaas in the oven for 40 minutes.
