1 kale
3 tbsp peeled pistachio nuts
4 tbsp olive oil
1 clove look
100 g ground Parmesan cheese + extra to serve
Fleur de Sel
Black pepper from the mill
Juice of ½ lemon and sixte
250 g whole wheat pasta

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put a large pot of salted water on the fire.

Cut the hard grain from each leaf of the cabbage, coarse the cabbage and add them to the boiling water.

Cook for 3 minutes, drain and refresh with cold water. Squeeze out the water a bit.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Add water until the desired thickness has and season with extra pepper and salt.

Cook the pasta al dente, drain and mix under it.

Finish with extra ground Parmesan cheese, pistachio nuts and lemon juice.
