Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Scrape the marrow from the vanilla sock and add.

Break in 3 eggs and mix everything until you get a smooth dough.

Cut the extremes of the apples, stick out the core and cut the unpeeled apples into slices of 1 cm.

Rub a frying pan with coconut oil, pour the pancake dough into the pan and immediately iron with the back of a tablespoon. Remove the temperature from your heat and let it bake gently until your pancake has a nice color. Turn around and also color the other side.

Stack the pancakes on a plate.

Fry the apple slices in coconut oil (or another vegetable oil) and let it color nicely.
