Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash all vegetables and herbs thoroughly.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the pepper in four, remove the seeds and cut into thin strings.

Cut the zucchini in half, remove the middle part (this becomes limp too quickly but is ideal for soup) and cut into thin string.

Cut the spring onions into pieces of 6 cm and then also into fine strings.

Mix the ingredients for the pad thai sauce in a bowl.

Heat the sunflower oil in a large, low pan. Fry the garlic and ginger.

Add all vegetables to the pan and stir -fry for about 4 minutes until they are al dente.

Add the boiled noodles and the Thai sauce tooth to the pan and warm up for a while.

Finish with sixthe and lime juice.

Dress the Pad Thai on plates and finish with the chopped peanuts, coriander, and a lime part.

Serve immediately.
