350 g pea, fresh or freezer
1 sweet onion, finely chopped
2 branches of rosemary
3 branches of lemon thyme
1 lump of butter or oil
Meatballs
500 g of ground beef
300 G
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 egg
3 to 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs + some extra for the balls
1⁄2 bunch of flat parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
