Orzo pasta (preferably)
150 g spinach
½ bone basil
125 g mascarpone
Pepper and salt from the mill
150 ml chicken broth
1 clove look

Baked tomatoes
300 g cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp soft olive oil
½ bone basil
1 red, yellow or green pepper
4 cloves of look

Topping
125 G Feta
Pair of basil leaves

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the orzo as stated on the package, leak out and put in the pot again. Put the spinach, basil, mascarpone, broth, pepper and salt in a blender, mix finely. Add to the Orzo and warm up.

Put the olive oil in a pan and still crush the garlic in the peel, let it bake for 2 minutes on each side with the pepper cut into rings. Add the tomatoes and basil and let it bake for 5 minutes while stirring over reasonably high heat, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the orzo into a dish and divide the tomatoes with the aromatic oil over it. Finish with feta and basil leaves.
