1 ripe banana
250 ml of coconut milk
1 tsp grated ginger (or more to taste)
10 leaves mint, washed
1 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chia seed with the water and let it go well for about 5 minutes until you get a paste.

Peel and grate the ginger.

Put the banana, coconut milk, grated ginger, mint, and the groaned chia seed in a blender.

Mix for about 2 minutes until everything is fine and smooth.

Serve the smoothie in a large glass and garnish with slices of banana and extra mint leaves.
