Preparation method

How do you make this?

Biscuit:

Preheat the oven to 175 °.

Put all the ingredients for the biscuit in a bowl and mix well for 5 minutes until a smooth light mass.

Pour the batter into 2 greased, floured spring forms.

Bake for 40 minutes and let cool on a grid.

Popcorn:

Heat the oil in a high pot, stir in the corn kernels and place the lid on it. Let it peels.

Shake the pot regularly during piping so that the grains do not burn.

Mix in the honey and the salt and let cool.

Icing:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix firmly for 5 minutes.

Stick a first layer of biscuit on a plate with some icing and spread all around with the icing.

Place the next biscuit on it and spread all around with the icing.

Repeat this with the 2 last biscuits.

Scrap the excess of the biscuit with a palette to get a "naked" effect.

You can also leave it if you prefer.

Place the popcorn on a pile and press something.
