125 g butter
125 g fine sugar
125 g dark chocolate min 70% cocoa
3 large eggs
1 Sniff salt

4 Ganache Pralines

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate over low heat.

Certainly not let it cook, just melt and keep stirring well.

Once everything nicely melted and bound, mix the eggs from the fire until everything shines nicely.

Fat 4 circular shapes in, cut 4 tires baking paper, 1 cm wider than your stainless steel circle, roll them up and stick them against the edge.

Make sure that they are nicely cut straight, so that they fit perfectly against the edge of the bottom, place them on a straight baking tray with baking paper.

Divide the chocolate mixture into the 4 circles, I do that with a piping bag.

Let it stiffen at least 2 hours in a fridge.

Preheat the oven to 185 °.

Put a chocolate praline or a piece of extra chocolate in each circle.

Bake them for 18 minutes.

Let them stand.

Remove the circle, including the baking paper.

Sprinkle some cocoa powder and serve with a scoop of vanilla cream ice cream if you like that.
