Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 2p

1 baguette
1 lump of butter + big dash of peanut oil to bake
4 Pig savings
Pepper and salt
3 dishes with protein, flour and panko
2 mats cressonnette, washed
4 large sweet and sour pickles in slices

Sauce Maison:
Mayonnaise:
1 egg, 1 tbsp mustard, black pepper tellicherry, salt
Sap of 1 Citroen, 250 peanut oil
Mix and mix up in a high measuring cup from soil

Add to that:
1 large shallot, finely cut
5 El Harissa (fresh homemade), recipe on website
1 small red apple grated
1 kl curry powder
2 toe look grated
rock Salt
1 TL agave if you want it a bit sweeter

4-5 large fries patients unloading

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash the potatoes.

Cut fries with peel, rinse and dry.

Bake them for 150 ° until done.

Bake them crispy at 180 °.

Mix all ingredients for the sauce among each other.

Season the meat with salt and pepper, beat a little flat if necessary.

Bread it, first in flour, then in protein and finish with panko.

Bake in a generous dash of oil and a lump of butter on both sides.

Let it gently bake until the meat is crispy and done, turn regularly, add some oil if necessary.

Cut a baguette in half. Spread with sauce, put the cressonette and the slices of pickle on top. Divide the crispy pork and fries in between.
