Put the oatmeal and the water in a saucepan, warm up together while stirring to the boiling point. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the shiitakes into slices, fry them nicely and crispy in peanut oil. Deglaze with the soy sauce.
Mix the miso with the water until a smooth mixture.
Fry two fried eggs in some oil and season with salt and pepper.
Do the misom mix of the oatmeal and stir well.
Divide into two deep plates. Place the fried eggs and shiitakes on it. Finish with Hotsauce and Furikake.
