50 g Belgian Caviar (Royal Belgian Caviar)
2 tbsp sour cream
A few branches of dill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the potatoes in half, spread some sour cream and put them on a deep dish.

If they tilt some, cut a very thin disc at the bottom.

You cover the bottom of scale with ice.

You can crush ice blocks by finely beating them in a towel with a rolling roll.

Open the jar of caviar and place on the ice.

Put on the table and operate yourself by placing a spoon of caviar on the potatoes and finishing with a sprig of dill.

Pure luxury, the perfect flavor combination, enjoy the moment!
