300 ml Arrabiata sauce
2 balls of mozzarella cut into slices
½ bone basil
2 eggs
150 g breadcrumbs
1 clad dried oregano herbs
Pepper and salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cauliflower in half and then into 4 thick equal discs.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.

Remove the cauliflower discs and then bread in breadcrumbs.

Place on a baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake for 30 minutes at 195 ° C.

Spread the tomato sauce on top.

Place the slices of mozzarella on top.

Sprinkle with oregano.

Bake for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is nicely melted.

Finish with fresh basil leaves.
