Preparation method

How do you make this?

Rub the edge of a Margarita glass with the sliced side of ½ pink grapefruit. Turn the glass on a plate with fleur de sel. Pour 4 CL Tequila, 2 CT Cointreau, the juice of ½ grapefruit, the juice of ½ lime and 1 blade of cane sugar syrup (or agave syrup) in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and pour into the glass without the ice cubes. Finish with lime slices and serve.
