Quantity: 1 bread

500 g gluten -free flower + extra for pollinating 20 g linseed (blond or brown)
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 bag of dry yeast
375 ml of vegetable milk 3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 KL vinegar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 200 °.

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and sprinkle the sugar over it. Leave 5 ".

Beat the eggs and mix them under the milk together with the oil and vinegar.

Put the flour, linseed and salt in a bowl, add milk and eggs and let 5 'knead into a homogeneous mass.

It is normal that the dough is sticky.

Deep it out on a floured worktop, sprinkle with extra flour and knead a ball of it.

Place with baking paper in a greased shape and let it rise for 1 hour until it is doubled in volume.

Bake for 40 minutes.

First let the bread cool before you cut it. I know ... very difficult !!
