Juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp tahin
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of salt
4 tbsp soft olive oil
4 ice cubes

Guacamole:
2 Mature avocados
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp of salt

Other:
1 bunch of flat parsley
300 g fresh chorizo ​​sausage
1 bag of nachos of your choice
100 G Feta
Fresh mint, finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Make the humus: Put the chickpeas, garlic and salt in a food processor and mix for at least 5 minutes. In between, scrape down the sides. Add the other ingredients and mix until it is airy and smooth. Divide the humus over a deep plate, spread it along the edges and leave space in the middle in front of the guacamole.

Make the guacamole: Put all the ingredients for the guacamole in the food processor and mix until smooth. Spoon the guacamole in the middle of the plate with humus.

Remove the skin from the chorizo ​​sausage and fry the sausage crispy in a little olive oil. Spoon the fried chorizo ​​to the humus and guacamole on the plate.

Finish: Crumble the feta over the dip and sprinkle the finely chopped mint over it. Serve the nachos next to it and enjoy!
