1 big shallot
1 ½ kl fleur de sel
1 ½ kl of black pepper
½ bone curly parsley
Zeste and Sap of 1 Citroen

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the butter in a bowl.

Finely chop the shallot and parsley and add, season with salt and pepper, grate the sixte and squeeze the lemon over it, mix everything well together, taste and add salt and pepper if necessary.

Put in a bowl and put on the table.

You can turn the rest in sausages and wrap in baking paper.

Store in the fridge for 1 week or you can also freeze it.
