Preparation method

How do you make this?

For the dough, mix the flour, olive oil, the butter, salt and baking powder in the food processor at a high speed until your "breadcrumbs" get.

Add the egg and six tablespoons of cold water and mix into a coherent dough. Wrap in plastic film and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.

Heat the oven at 200 ° C. Roll the dough and place it on a flat baking sheet, covered with baking paper.

Cut circles from the dough and slightly put it in separate baking tins with the edge. Pest the bottom and stay one centimeter from the edge.

Brush the dough in the middle with tapenade. Halve the cherry tomatoes and divide them (with the cutting edge up) together with the goat cheese over the cake bottoms.

Sprinkle with oregano, some pepper and salt. Drop with olive oil.

Brush the edge with the beaten egg yolk.

Bake the molds in the oven for ten to twenty minutes.

Just before serving, chop the basil.
