Wash your hands.
Put all the ingredients for the cookies in a large bowl and knead with your hands until you can form a ball, press flatter, pack in prophecy foil and let it set at least 2 h in the fridge.
Remove 10 minutes before you want to roll out the dough from the refrigerator, roll out between 2 baking papers up to about 0.5 cm thickness, pierce holes and stick the desired shapes out.
Carefully place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 155 °.
Allow to cool.
Meanwhile, mix the fondant with the different dyes.
If you use a global sugar: put a lot of flower sugar in a bowl, add an tbsp of protein and a few drops of lemon juice.
Beat well together with some dye.
Decorate the cookies to your heart's content ...
