1 Melon Piel de Sapo
1 pear
100 g Thin Salami (Salchichón) with a diameter of approximately 5 cm
100 g thick, green olives
A handful of grilled and salted almonds
1 tbsp fresh herbs of your choice, finely chopped (parsley, chervil, oregano, rosemary ...)
Black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil or liquid honey

1 pear
100 g Thin Salami (Salchichón) with a diameter of approximately 5 cm
100 g thick, green olives
A handful of grilled and salted almonds
1 tbsp fresh herbs of your choice, finely chopped (parsley, chervil, oregano, rosemary ...)
Black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil or liquid honey

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.

Then cut the melon halves into slices about two cm thick.

Cut the pear into segments and remove the core.

Cut the salami into narrow strips and halve the olives.

Mix the salami, pear, olives and almonds in a bowl and add the fresh herbs. Season with black pepper.

Place a melon disc on a plate and fill the cavity in the middle with the mixture.

Sprinkle with a dash of olive oil or liquid honey and serve each portion with two stems of grissini.
