What do you need?

Quantity:

1 lockable clean pot or preserving jar
1 big cucumber
50 g sugar
1 kl of salt
1 kl four seasons of pepper bulbs
1 Kl Mosterd Seed
2 to 3 branches of dill
100 ml of water
150 ml of vinegar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cucumber in half and in thick bars the length of your preserving jar.

Add all the ingredients, make sure that the cucumbers are completely covered, close the pot well and turn it upside down so that the ingredients mix well.

Is ready for use after 1 day.

Can keep your at least 3 months in a cool dark place, save once open in a fridge.
