Preparation method

How do you make this?

Crackers with green seeds: mix the spinach and watercress with the water until you have a smooth smoothie.

Mix the seeds and herbs with the spinachothie.

Divide the mixture into a thin layer between two sheets of baking paper, remove the top sheet and bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 120 ° C. Turn after 40 minutes and bake until they are crispy.

Goat cheese roll: mix the goat cheese with half of the finely chopped basil, pistachies, spring onions and black pepper in a food processor into a creamy texture.

Form a compact roll of the mixture and let it set in the fridge.

Roll the goat cheese roll through the remaining basil for a beautiful green crust.

Serve with the crackers with green seeds and enjoy it!
