How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and lightly grease a baking tray with some oil.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place it on the baking sheet. Divide the pesto over the top of each fillet.

Sprinkle with the pistachio nuts to form a kind of crust. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the fish is just cooked.

Turn on the grill in the last five minutes to make the crust crispy. Grate some lemon zest over the fish.
