What do you need?
2 Aubergines
Pezo
Garlic
1 tsp cinnamon powder
50ml water
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp olive oil
For the Tahin Dressing:
2 tbsp tahin
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 toe look pressed
Some water to lengthen
For garnish:
¼ Chinese cabbage very finely chopped
1 handful of sunflower seeds
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
