What do you need?

2 Aubergines
Pezo
Garlic
1 tsp cinnamon powder
50ml water
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp olive oil

For the Tahin Dressing:

2 tbsp tahin
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 toe look pressed
Some water to lengthen

For garnish:

¼ Chinese cabbage very finely chopped
1 handful of sunflower seeds
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the aubergines lengthwise into four.

Put the water and raisins with Pezo in the baking dish.

Place the aubergines on top and sprinkle with olive oil.

Leave 25 minutes in the Aifryer or until water has evaporated at 180 °.

Stir all the ingredients of the dressing well together.

Serve aubergines on the Chinese cabbage, scoop the raisins and dressing over it.
