Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the potatoes and steam them, push them through a puree cutter in a bowl or stamp very nice with puree stemper so that you no longer have lumps otherwise you can't spray nice turrets, get through your passe-vite can also.

Mix the butter into cubes, yolks, pepper salt and nutmeg well, beat firmly under each other, taste and season if necessary.

Insert the nozzle into the piping bag and push well.

If necessary, draw 8 circles of about 7 cm diameter on the bottom of baking paper, then you can divide the heaps nicely.

Spray turrets on every circle.

Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 190 °, serve immediately.

When they come out of fridge, bake them at a lower temperature, about 20 minutes so that they are nice and warm inside.
