Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the cod on each side for 3 minutes until golden brown. Place the fillets in a baking dish, bake in the oven for another 3 minutes.

Heat the white wine sauce, pour around the fish, and sprinkle with shrimp. Serve immediately.
