What do you need?

Quantity: 4P

12 Gambas
Pepper and salt
2 TL chili flakes
12 tbsp olive oil (200ml)
Zeste of Lime and Sap of Half Lime
2 toes look grated
Thai basil finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the olive oil, chili flakes, sixths of lime, garlic and salt for the marinade.

Coat the prawns with this marinade.

Place the prawns on the BBQ, roast them briefly and powerfully, turn the prawns after 2-3 minutes.

Place them on a dish.

Finish with Thai Basil, Lime Zeste and SAP of half a lime.
