1 food -ready pineapple
½ bone mint
3 El Agave
SAP V 2 Limonen
240 ml herbalist gin

Decoration:
Pineapple slice
Coin leaf

Salt for the edge

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Insert 4 glasses in the freezer.

Cut the green from the pineapple and cut the next beautiful disk as decoration, keep aside.

Peel the rest of the pineapple, remove heart and cut into pieces and put in freezer for at least 2 hours.

Then put the frozen cubes of pineapple, mint, agave, lime juice and gin in a blender.

Mix until everything is fine.

Turn the glasses on the pineapple, then in the salt.

Divide the cocktail into glasses, finish with pineapple and mint.

Serve immediately with a nice straw.
