I think it's great to full of dough with goodies. Such a homemade focaccia is the end!

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Dough: Put the flour together with the salt in the mixing cup.

Dissolve the fresh yeast in the lukewarm water, add the honey. Pour the dissolved yeast over the flour and let everything knead together for 5 minutes (until the dough comes from the bowl).

Roll the dough evenly over a blown plank. (1 cm) Let the dough rise in a baking sheet with baking paper and put household film over it.

Seat with slices of beusing and goat cheese. Press pear slices, cherry tomatoes and red onion cut into slices. Zipper and finely chop the leaves of the rosemary and divide over the focaccia. Bake at 220 ° for 25 minutes in a traditional oven. In a baking oven you can bake the focaccia when the wood at the back of the oven smells and there is no more flame, put it a little in the front and turn it around to bake nicely evenly.

Mix all the ingredients of the oil vinegar dip.
