What do you need?

Quantity: 6p

Ganache:
120 ml room
1 tbsp honey
250 g dark chocolate min 70% cocoa in fine pieces
65 g soft butter

Almond chocolate biscuit:
190 g almond flower
40 g of cocoa powder
6 g baking powder
2 g of salt
240 ml maple/Ahorn syrup
4 eggs
25 ml of rapeseed oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all dry ingredients under each other and beat until there are no more lumps.

Beat the eggs with the maple syrup (5min) to an airy mass.

Carefully mix the dry ingredients and oil.

Grease your baking tin and pour in the mixture.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 175 °.

And 10 minutes at 150 °.

Allow to cool completely.

Cook the cream and honey briefly.

Pour over the chocolate and mix until smooth, mix in the butter and stir until a shiny mass.

Place the biscuit on a grid and pour the chocolate over it.

Drain and put on a plate or a cake gateful.
