200 g flat rice noodles
2 tbsp peanut oil
300 g ground beef
1 onion finely cut
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesamp paste
1 to 2 tbsp warm cooking liquid made of noodles

Chili look sauce:
5 cm ginger grated
4 teen look grated
3 chili peppers finely cut
100 ml of rapeseed oil

2 spring onion finely cut
2 tbsp roasted unsalted peanuts

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles as stated on packaging.

Color the onion in oil, add the meat and fry.

Once beautifully colored, add soy, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesamp paste and noodles, possibly with some cooking liquid.

Stir everything well together.

Put everything for the chili garlic sauce in a small bowl, warm oil well and pour over the ingredients, pay attention!

Add, finish with chopped peanuts and spring onion.
