Soil:
250 g Speculoos Biscuits
70 g melted butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tl fleur de sel

Filling:
250 Dark chocolate, melted (min 70% cocoa)
350 ml whipped cream
100 ml of protein
80 g sugar

TOPPINGS:
200 ml whipped cream
1 to 2 tbsp sugar to taste

Sesamcrunch:
80 g sesame seeds
80 g fine sugar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
