Preparation method

How do you make this?

Bring half of the cream to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it rest for 2 minutes and mix. Allow to cool.

Crumble the Oreos © fine and mix them carefully with the butter. Press this preparation well on the bottom of a baking paper covered with baking paper of 18 cm diameter.

Beat the rest of the room lobbig. Mix with the melted chocolate and then stir under the proteins, which you have beaten with the salt to sturdy foam. Pour into the baking tin, smooth the surface and let it set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Melt the white chocolate and put it in a piping bag or in a paper cone. Arrange the mikados © on a serving dish covered with baking paper. Spray chocolate line over the Mikados © to finally form a Christmas tree. Finish with the pink pepper and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Demize the cake and dust them with cocoa. Finish them with a few pine trees and some flower sugar and add the rest separately.
