200 g fettuccini al dente cooked + 2 to 3 ladles of warm cooking liquid
1 Klont butter
150 g fresh grated Parmesan cheese
200 g spinach
200 ml room
200 g chicken buttocks meat cut into small cubes
1 KL look powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ fluorescent salt
2 tbsp olive oil

200 ml room

2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chicken cubes with the dry herbs and oil in a bowl, warm pan up and color the cubes around well, remove them and set aside.

Melt a lump of butter in the same pan and add 100 g of parmesan, cream and 1 ladle of cooking liquid and stir firmly until the sauce has been boiled a bit and looks creamy.

Add meat, spinach and pasta, stir everything together, always add cooking liquid if it gets too dry.

Finish with the rest of the grated parmesan.
