What do you need?

Quantity: 1 bread

1 sprig (lemon) thyme
90 gr. White chia seed biotona mixed with 240 ml of water (gray is also allowed)
450 gr. Quinoa Biotona, 1 night soaked in water
50 ml olive oil
1 sniff sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
juice of 1/2 lime
2 hands full of super sprouts biotona

1 sprig (lemon) thyme
90 gr. White chia seed biotona mixed with 240 ml of water (gray is also allowed)
450 gr. Quinoa Biotona, 1 night soaked in water
50 ml olive oil
1 sniff sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
juice of 1/2 lime
2 hands full of super sprouts biotona

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chia seeds with the water, occasionally mix in the beginning until a paste is created.

Place the quinoa under water. Let it rest for 1 night.

Rinse the quinoa in a sieve. Drain well. (Put on a pleated towel for extra drain.)

Rits the fresh thyme of the twig and put in the cutter.

Add the Chiapapje and the drained quinoa. Add olive oil, salt, baking powder and lime juice.

Let the highest speed run for 5 minutes until you get a white frothy mass.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Cover a baking tin with baking paper.

Sprinkle the bottom with super sprouts. (A nice mix with sesame seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, broccoli, red quinoa, oats ... also sprinkle the eg over your salads or yogurt with fruit.)

Put the frothy mass in the baking tin on the Super Sprouts.

Spread the same, also sprinkle the top with super sprouts.

Let bake for 90 minutes at 160 °

Allow the bread to cool completely before cutting it on a rack.

I like to eat it roasted with nut pasta and avocado.

Grace with chocolate or jam.

And Wim with a slice of smoked salmon or ham.

Everyone content.
