Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare pears: Peel the pears, halve them and remove the core, but let the stalk sit on it.

Vanilla-thyme Marinade: Mix the honey, lemon zest, finely chopped thyme and vanilla energy in a bowl. Add the pears and mix well, so that the marinade completely covers the pears. Cover the airfryer's baking accessory with baking paper, place the pears in it and bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C. Remove the pears and set them aside.

Brownie battle: In a bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla energy and coconut blossom sugar with a mixer to a airy, light yellow mixture (about 3 minutes). In another bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add this dry mixture to the egg mixture, together with the milk and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth without lumps.

Bake: Pour the brownie battle into the airfryer baking accessory covered with baking paper. Place the baked pears decorative on top and bake for 18-20 minutes at 180 ° C. Let the brownie cool briefly before serving it.

Serve: Serve the brownie with a spoon of vanilla sauce. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a light scattering powdered sugar.
