Place a sheet of Filo dough on a shelf or plate, brushed with butter.
Place a horizontal tire filling on the dough and roll it up like a sausage.
Cut in half and place the stuffed rolls on a baking paper that fits into the Airfryer's pizza accessory.
Continue with the rest of the filling and sheets, place them nicely next to each other and also mix leftovers of butter with the yolk.
Coat the whole with this yolk mixture, sprinkle with the rest of the pistachio nuts and insert the thyme twigs.
Place the vegetable pie on the pizza accessory in the Airfryer and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 °.
Allow to cool slightly and slide the Börek on a shelf to cut, and of course to eat!
