Make balls from the minced meat, bake all around.
Put the tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt in a high pan and let them peb on the fire.
Add the Arrabiata or Passata and simmer for 5 minutes.
Make the cauliflower rice by cutting raw in the kitchen robot.
Sprinkle the mixture in a perforated baking dish and steam for 10 minutes.
Serve them in a large deep dish, sprinkle with olive oil and pepper and salt.
Place the balls on top and pour the tomato sauce over it.
Finish with the oregano.
