50 g ham
50 g ground Emmental cheese
1 sheet of puff pastry from 25 cm to 28 cm
75 g of grated parmesan
Wooden thick sticks or twigs beech or hazel
Dorure: 1 egg yolk and 1 kl of milk mixed

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cutter de ham (without a swirling) and Emmental cheese together into fine crumble.

Cut or stick as many triangles as possible out of your puff pastry.

Place half of it on your baking sheet, put a stick up in the middle of the piece of dough.

Spread a narrow strap on the side all around with Dorure.

Make oval flat balls of the filling, place on the smeared puff pastry, then place the other half of the puff pastry triangles, press a little.

Pressing around with fork.

Brush the trees with Dorure.

Sprinkle the grated parmesan over it

Bak 18-20 ’at 175-180 °
