4 tbsp pickles
200 ml room
100 ml Demi Glace
½ fluorescent turmeric
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the cream, pickels and the Demi Glace in a saucepan and let it boil. Taste and herb with Pezo.

If you want your sauce a bit thicker, add a teaspoon of cornflour in water. I like to add the turmeric for a nice yellow color, but you don't have to.
