What do you need?

Quantity: 1 pot 400gr

100 g fresh basil leaves
100 g Parmigiano Reggiano in pieces
70 g pine nuts
2 to 3 cloves of look
Black pepper from the mill
1 pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lemon
6 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a cutter and mix until you have a smooth mass but with pieces in.

Taste and season if necessary, if you find it too thick, add a splash of water.

I'd rather prepare pesto in cutter than a blender than you still have nice bite.

In the blender is finer and creamier mixed, you can also choose.

Store in a pot with lid in the fridge, keeps up to 1 week.
