80 grams of coconut grater
1 teaspoon of baking powder
100 grams of dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa, in pieces
20 grams of fresh ginger, grated

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mash the 300 grams of banana into a large bowl. Add the grated ginger, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder and mix well.

Beat the eggs and mix it with the banana mixture. Then add the oat flakes and coconut grater and mix into a homogeneous batter.

Fold the pieces of dark chocolate through the batter.

Grease a baking tin or cover it with baking paper. Pour the batter into the shape.

Cut the extra banana in half lengthwise and place it with the cutting edge up on the batter. Brush lightly with some oil.

Bake the banana bread for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
