Ballekes:
800 gr. pig/beef
1 big onion, finely chopped
Pezo
¼ bone parsley finely chopped

Sauce:
2 toes look
1 shallot
250 gr. Mut tomatoes cut in half
700 gr. passata
500 gr. Cooked pasta of your choice
1 bone basil
100 gr. spinach
100 gr.rucola
250 gr. slices of mozzarella cheese

1 shallot
250 gr. Mut tomatoes cut in half
700 gr. passata
500 gr. Cooked pasta of your choice
1 bone basil
100 gr. spinach
100 gr.rucola
250 gr. slices of mozzarella cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all the ingredients for the Ballekes among each other.

Put olive oil in a pan (ovenproof) and grate the garlic toes.

Add the finely chopped shallot.

Put on the fire and let it simmer.

Roll the ballekes and fry them together with the shallot and the look. Turn and stir regularly into the shallots and the look.

Add tomatoes and passata, stir, simmer for 5 minutes.

Cover with pasta, the leaves of the basil, spinach and arugula.

Cover the dish completely with the cuts of mozzarella

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °.
