Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 195 to 200 °.

Let a lump of butter foam in a baking dish.

Season the roast with salt and pepper and color around well in the butter on the fire.

Allow to cool a little and cut slices up to 1 cm from bottom so that the meat is still nicely connected.

Cut the slices of ham and cheese in half and put them together between the slices.

Place in the baking dish again and insert in the oven for 25-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the roast).

You can easily squeak here to the baking method between the slices 😉

Pour the mushroom cream sauce around and serve with puree or croquettes of your choice.
