Tomato sauce:
1 tbsp butter
4 big carrots
1 large onion
3 celery stems
4 cloves of look

150 g fine slices of smoked bacon, finely cut

2 tbsp Balsamicocrème
800 g peeled tomatoes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop, let it be in butter in butter together with the bacon.

Peel carrots and cut coarsely together with the celery. Add the coarse sliced ​​carrots and celery to the onion, garlic and bacon and let it fry.

Add the tomato concentrate and let it bake.

Now extinguish with the peeled tomatoes and the water, season with salt and pepper and add the tied thyme and bay leaf, chili and balsamicocrème. Let the sauce simmer for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix everything for the ballekes, roll nice round balls, fry them around brown in butter. When they are baked, keep them aside.

Remove the tied thyme and bay leaf and mix the sauce finely, taste and season with salt and pepper. Sieve the sauce through a fine sieve into a large pot.

Add the balles and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
